Medical information is collected solely for the purpose of safe tattoo application.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain records of transaction amounts and dates for deposit and payment tracking.
We collect first-party interaction events, such as which product area was viewed, which navigation destination was selected, and whether a booking workflow step was completed. These events use stable category names rather than full page addresses.
Product usage events do not include intake or consent answers, client or artist notes, medical information, image names or links, booking tokens, search text, payment identifiers, IP addresses, or full browser user-agent strings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Shop owners may retain client records as required for their business and legal obligations (e.g., consent form records).
Raw product usage events are retained for up to 180 days. Events associated with an account or shop are removed when that account or shop is deleted. We may retain anonymous aggregate trends that no longer identify a user or shop.
